horrible motor design I was so excited to order this item, as it looked amazing online. It worked well when I first plugged it in, although the motor seemed to be a bit underpowered for the size of the inflatable. I did immediately notice a major design flaw. The motor and fan intake on the base of the unit faces straight up at the sky. This means that the first rainstorm you get, you are going to have an inch of water going straight into the motor and filling the base of the inflatable. If you don’t have it…
Don’t buy The other one star reviews are on target. ANY moisture (rain) and the fan dies.On the plus side, their support was very nice and replaced my first one.Same exact issue with the replacement, worked fine up until we got rain andthat fan died too. Avoid.
Love this hand! Very happy with this product. Was out it cold, rain, and windy weather and had no problems at all. Stands up by its self every night, with no adjustments. Would highly recommend.
