Inspection sticker doesnt mean it works. The unit has all types of quality stickers placed every where. However upon arrival the unit did not work. The blower motor would not power up. Cleaned the unit and removed the excess oil from the motor windings and the unit started very slowly at first. It eventually gained power and was able to inflate the unit.
